All fees are determined by the procedures rendered by the provider with the standard fee, reflecting the current medical marketplace. We accept private or commercial health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, All Kids and self-paying patients.

For those with limited financial resources we offer a discount program that is based upon the federal poverty level (FPL) and family size.

We believe that no individual should be turned away for inability to pay for services.
